How far in advance should I reserve?+
As early as possible, especially for spring and summer weekends. Availability and final pricing are confirmed with your quote.
Do you deliver and set up?+
Delivery is available throughout the Bay Area. Setup and breakdown options depend on the items and venue; include your needs in the quote request.
Are the listed prices final?+
They are current rental rates and a useful planning guide. Your quote confirms availability, quantities, delivery, labor and final pricing.
RENTAL TERMS

Rental period
Listed prices are generally for a one-day rental. Ask about special rates for longer rental periods.
Availability
All items, quantities and pricing are subject to availability and are confirmed in your written quote.
Delivery
Delivery fees vary by location, timing, access and order size. Multiple locations may be quoted separately.
Setup & breakdown

Care of rentals
Rental items should be protected from damage and returned in the condition received, excluding normal use.
